This is one of our most special varieties. It is a relatively new apple, but it has quickly become one of our best sellers. The flavor is tart around Thanksgiving, but by mid-winter they are sweeter. You can keep them for months in the refrigerator, especially if they are kept in a plastic bag. They are always crisp and bursting with flavor!
