Pink Lady is one of the last apples we pick. It also keeps well, so it’s a great over-winter eating option. We love their beautiful bright color, but the flavor’s pretty fantastic too. They have a sweet/tart type flavor and are great for fresh eating. Their texture makes them a great option for baking and applesauce as well.
